Once you have submitted your Interdepartmental Requisition Form (IDR) for EOS Thin Client's one-time fee of $200 to cover the cost of the software license and an annual fee of $50 for maintenance, you should have received your Welcome to EOS Thin Client confirmation email with your User ID and EOS Thin Client Guide. Before signing on to EOS, please take a moment to review the EOS Thin Client Guide, which is also located on the Forms and Guides page.
Security has created an initial password, which consists of the last four digits of your social security number, followed by the first two letters of your last name. If you already have access to PIDMS or DMAS, you do not need to create a password for EOS. If you do not have access to these applications, you MUST create a new password before you can login to EOS. Follow the password instructions provided in the welcome email.
Also, you need the latest version of Java installed on your PC. You can download the software from the Java website by clicking on Free Java Download.
