Q: I am signed on to the VPN and trying to display a document in Content Manager and the CM sign on screen never appears. My system hangs and then gives me an error message that the document cannot be displayed.

A: When you sign on to the VPN, on the portal page, under the section "Client Application Sessions", please click on the Start button next to "Network Connect" (see screen below). Once this starts up, you will see a "yellow lock icon" with 2 lights on top on your Start Bar (far right). You can then sign on to CM and the document should display without a problem.

A: Nope, you don’t have to use the green screen. You can update using CM. Enter your userid and password and then click on change, right next to the password field. You can then enter the new password. Remember, you cannot reuse passwords
