To request a new UserID for WebView, WinView, IWPM, Ascent, or Content Manager, the following forms will be required:- DM UserID Form
- IDR Form
To request a UserID replacement, the following forms will be required:

To request a first time installation of IWPM, WinView, Ascent, or Content Manager software, the following forms will be required:
- DM Install Form
- IDR Form (Contact The ILS Team for prices)
To request a reinstallation of IWPM, WinView, Ascent, or Content Manager software, the following forms will be required:
- DM Install Form
- IDR Form (In the amount of $75 for IWPM and Ascent, $50 for Content Manager and WinView)
