Meet Our HR Awesomers
Nominee: Jennifer Cohen
Excellence, Teamwork
Open Enrollment is a challenging time for HR, especially for the Benefits and HR Communications teams. Each year we have to develop three different open enrollment guides for our different audiences (faculty/staff, UMH, UMMG). Going through these guides to ensure they are accurate is a tedious exercise. The HR Comm team relies on Jen each year to look through all three guides and identify errors or areas where information can be made clearer. No matter how many times we make revisions and ask her to review them, Jen carefully goes through the guides one more time to ensure that the guides are as close to perfect as they can get for our faculty and staff. We couldn't get through open enrollment, and the several rounds of revisions, without her. Thanks Jen! You are awesome!!! - Melissa Cabezas
