Following an employee’s resignation from the University of Miami, an exit interview process will be initiated. The University has partnered with The Work Institute, a leader in workforce intelligence and research, to measure and analyze staff feedback through a confidential, externally managed exit interview tool. The Work Institute will contact all staff who voluntarily resign from the University following the employee’s last day of employment. Staff will be asked to participate in a confidential web-based interview that covers multiple dimensions about the work experience at the University. The exit interview data will be compiled biannually, providing valuable information to leaders about the work environment and opportunities for improvement.
