The annual employee performance appraisal period will run from February 3 through March 31, 2014 for all campuses, including the University of Miami hospitals. It is important that (non-probationary) regular full- and part-time employees participate in this process, providing self-assessments, receiving clear feedback from their supervisors, and defining developmental goals for the coming year.
• Only the goals/performance from the 2013 calendar year will be rated.

|Supervisor prepares employee appraisal and conducts performance review.
|Deadline to submit final appraisals.
• Performance assessments will directly affect compensation plans. Documented performance at the
Performance Expectations Met/Meets Standards level or above is required for merit increase eligibility.
