Hodes IQ supports Human Resources career web sites. These sites provide functionality that allows applicants to apply online, apply for multiple positions at once, register for automated communication via email for future positions of interest, and manage the search for career opportunities at the University. The application process takes place in a secured environment. In order to be considered for openings applicants must complete an online application.

Features of our career sites include:

  • Search capabilities by Job Category, Department, or Keyword.
  • Applying online. The online application is retrievable; edits can be made to the existing application.
  • Immediate confirmation of successful submission of your application.
  • Applying for multiple positions using a job cart.
  • Creating a job agent. A job agent allows you to identify specific areas or position(s) of interest. When a position becomes available you will receive an email notification apprising you of the vacancy.
  • Additionally, our career site improves the process used to fill vacancies for managers as well. Specific enhancements include:

  • Receipt of all applications and resumes into our database via the web.
  • Distribution of resumes to supervisors for recruitment.
  • Immediate response to applicants acknowledging successful submission of their resumes; hence eliminating the need for supervisors to mail acknowledgment letters.
  • Facilitation of the Voluntary Affirmative Action Disclosure online; hence eliminating the need for supervisors to mail Applicant Information Cards.
  • Communication to applicants when the vacant position has been filled following your recruitment efforts.
