Employee Benefits System Access Form
Employee Benefits System integrates all faculty and staff benefit information and processing functions. The specific objectives are to maintain information on all employees eligible for any type of University benefit or insurance coverage, provide timely notification of all employment status changes, automatically enforce consistency among insurance coverage, deductions and benefits, control screen and data element access to authorized staff, provide for Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act (COBRA) tracking, notification, billing and maintaining of records to ensure compliance with legal regulations, provide for more efficient and accurate verification of tuition remission eligibility, support general reporting requirements, produce billing, enrollment and activity reports, and accumulate retirement and pension relation information.
