Departmental Management Accounting System (DMAS) Access Form

DMAS displays accounting information for the current and prior 9 fiscal years. The information is shown in summary and in detail. Detail transactions include imaged copies of purchase orders, invoices, checks paid by the bank, etc. The information can be downloaded to excel spreadsheets. A typical DMAS user is an account responsible person, principal investigator, department administrator and/or staff responsible for account reconciliation processes or roll-up reporting. Authorization to view the information in DMAS is required.  Please complete an access form by clicking on the link above.
