Budget System Access Form 2
The Budget System is used to maintain the permanent budget base of the University. It is also used to create the new budget allocations for the next fiscal year, update pay rates for any new fiscal year and load the new year budget allocations into the Financial Records System. A typical user would be a Departmental Budget Officer. All requests for access to the Budget System must be approved by the Medical Campus Budget Office (Medical Campus accounts only) or the University Budget Office (all other accounts).
