Radmila has over 15 years of experience in all the functional areas of human resources and a solid understanding of operations and project management. She possesses international HR experience from her previous roles at Royal Caribbean International and Fleet Employee Relations and Performance. She also has considerable business consulting experience in Lean Six Sigma process for re-engineering and creating tools for efficient and productive organizations. Radmila has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and a Diploma in Human Resources from Ryerson University, and is a Certified HR Professional.
