The Flexible Summer Workweek Program allows Coral Gables and Rosenstiel campus-based employees to work a four-day week or other flexible schedule in departments that can accommodate non-traditional schedules during summer months. The University will offer a flexible work arrangement option this summer, intended to assist regular employees balance personal and family needs with work obligations during the period of June 1st, 2012 through August 9, 2012.
