Student Enrollment Financial System Access Form

The Enrollment Management Financial System maintains a financial account for each semester a student is enrolled in classes at the University. The financial enrollment account maintains charges and payments related to a specific semester. Typical charges include tuition, room, board, health center fees, and activity fees. Typical payment activity includes student loans, grants, scholarships, and cash payments. The system produces an enrollment billing statement that details the charges and payments and amounts due for the semester. When the enrollment balance due is paid in full, a student is considered financially registered for the semester. When financially registered, a student’s enrollment financial activity is recorded in the student account receivable system and enrollment-billing statements are no longer produced.  Typical users of the Enrollment Management Financial System include employees who work directly with students on registration issues, such as student accounts, financial aid and some staff in the schools and employees in operational areas handling student account receivables.  For additional information, please contact the Office of Student Account Services at (305) 284-6430, Option 5 or via email at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
