The Position Requisition System via UMeNet/Ariba allows electronic submission of requisitions to fill a vacant position, reclassify a current position, or create a new position for all classifications. Approvals are electronic as well, hence eliminating walking documents through the approval process. The requisition is initiated by the requesting department and submitted electronically to the appropriate approvers.
