Student Records System Access Form

The Student Records System maintains the academic transcript data for students. The system records grades, provides official transcripts to students, and records degrees awarded by the University. The system also provides information about a student’s academic standing including credits, GPA, etc., stops/holds, and biographic information. A typical user of the Student Records System would be an employee that works directly with students, or who is involved in the graduation process.
