If you already have a PIDMS user ID and you have access to DHRS on the “green screens,” you can use the same user ID and password to sign on to DHRS Web on UMAPPS (https://umapps1.miami.edu/). If you do not already have access to DHRS, you will need to complete the DHRS Access Form. Employees that need input access will also have to submit a DHRS Approval Loop Form. Both forms are found on the HR Forms website.

DHRS training is handled on a one-on-one basis. The Human Resources offices on the Coral Gables and Medical campuses provide DHRS training. Please contact the appropriate Central Office for more information.

Anyone who has not used Ariba before will get a message that says "These fields are invalid. Click OK to continue." Skip this by clicking "OK", then "Home".

1. Click "Approve Requests".
2. Click on SC link.
3. Click "Edit".
4. Click "I agree".
5. Click "Submit" *
At this point the form has not yet been submitted. The display will read "Company Form Saved". To submit the form:
6. Click "Home" (either the link or the button).
7. Click "Approve Requests".
8. Click box next to request (will highlight request).
9. Click "Approve".
10. Input comments (optional).
11. Click "OK".

When editing a form before approving it, the system will always save it and not submit it. To submit, return to the form and approve.
