If you already have a PIDMS user ID and you have access to DHRS on the “green screens,” you can use the same user ID and password to sign on to DHRS Web on UMAPPS (https://umapps1.miami.edu/). If you do not already have access to DHRS, you will need to complete the DHRS Access Form. Employees that need input access will also have to submit a DHRS Approval Loop Form. Both forms are found on the HR Forms website.
