Isaac Bashevis Singer Scholarship

Merit-based, full tuition  
  University Scholarship Merit-based, $24,000/yr
  Dean's Scholarship Merit-based, $16,000/yr
  Trustee Scholarship

Merit-based, $11,000/yr

  Collegiate Scholarship Merit-based, $8,000/yr
 

*The FAFSA is not required to be considered for academic scholarships.

Grants
  Also known as gift aid, grants may be based on merit and/ or need and are administered by the University of Miami and/ or federal and state agencies. These gifts are not repaid.
  University of Miami Grants Need- and merit-based
  Federal Pell Grant Need-based
  Federal Supplemental Education Opportunity Grant (SEOG) Need-based
  Florida Student Assistance Grant (FSAG) Need-based (Florida residents)
  William L. Boyd, IV Florida Resident Access Grant (BFRAG) Based on Florida Residency
Additional Scholarships
  National Merit Scholarship National Merit finalists who are accepted and name UM as their first choice qualify for a Dean's Scholarship and a $1,000-$2,000 National Merit Award
  Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Awarded to Florida residents by the state; application through the high school
  R.O.T.C. Scholarship Four-year merit-based scholarships of various amounts, up to full tuition, offered by branches of the military
