Florida Statute 765, ‘Health Care Advance Directives’ This law governs many aspects of end-of-life care in addition to advance directives, including anatomical gifts, surrogate decision making and life-prolonging procedures. Note the role of the Florida Bioethics Network in 765.404(2).
