November 01, 2012 — The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) team has conducted five successful “roadshows” to inform almost 400 faculty, staff, and students of the ERP initiative—one of the most far-reaching projects in UM’s history that will not only upgrade the information technology that drives student, financial, and human resources systems but also transform the way UM conducts business and provides services to its employees and students. Attendees learned about the overall scope of the project, Campus Solutions (the new student information system), and what kind of system changes the community can expect to see in the coming months.
The ERP team will be conducting additional roadshows in January 2013 for any faculty, staff, or students that would like to learn more about the project. In the next few weeks, the roadshow schedule will be posted in the Events section of the ERP website: ERP Project Events
