The E-Communications department is responsible for developing print and electronic communications that are clear and compelling and support the goals and objectives of the Enrollment Management division. To provide this support, the following objectives are in place: |

Maintain a competitive advantage by monitoring and tracking our top competitors as well as trends in electronic communications; |
| |
| |
|
Test the effectiveness of our communications and gain feedback from our audiences on websites and electronic communications; |
| |
| |
|
Assist in creating and executing electronic marketing strategies that capitalize on the University's strengths and recognize the needs of our audiences; |
| |
| |
|
Design attractive and effective electronic communications that integrate with print communications; |
| |
| |
|
Recommend methods to increase cost-efficiency without diminishing effectiveness; |
| |
| |
|
Maintain awareness of new technologies in electronic marketing and recruitment, and bring those to the attention of program directors; |
| |
| |
|
Represent our division on university-wide committees and initiatives involving communications with both current and prospective student audiences and various other university clients. |
