On Thursday, March 28, 2013, several hundred University and South Florida community members were in attendance to hear Mr. Allen share his strategies on how to transform the production and delivery of healthy foods to under-served communities, advocate for more locally grown food products, and use farming techniques that turn waste into soil and fertilizer.
