The ERP Executive Steering Committee provides oversight and guidance for the project. Through proactive and collaborative monitoring, this Committee ensures performance compliance within the approved project scope, schedule and resources, and champions organizational change management, business process re-engineering and system integration.

The Student Advisory Committee is comprised of members of the university community who are diligently working to ensure that the new ERP system is the right fit for UM and all the processes that make it run.

The CaneLink Project Team is comprised of functional and technical experts from various sections of the university representing the Coral Gables, Rosenstiel and Miller School of Medicine campuses, as well as consultants from CedarCrestone. The team manages the project and provides direction in support of its objectives, focusing on:

  • System/Process design and configuration
  • Technology setup and configuration
  • Change Management, Communications, and Training design and delivery
