Week of Well-Being 2013
Thank you to everyone who participated in UM's inaugural Week of Well-Being. We hope you will use the information you learned during the week to advance your own health and well-being. We look forward to seeing you at the 2014 Week of Well-Being from April 7-11.
The University's inaugural Week of Well-Being, held April1 through 5, featured lectures by plant-based nutrition advocate Dr. T. Colin Campbell and MITAgeLab Director, Dr. Joseph Coughlin, cooking demonstrations by Chef Michelle Bernstein, financial education workshops, as well as outdoor exercise and other activities focused on advancing the overall wellness of UM faculty, staff and students on and off campus.

The week began with a cooking demonstration by celebrity chef Michelle Bernstein. This exciting event, sponsored by Fidelity Investments, was a great start to our lineup of activities across all campuses.
