10k-a-Day program uses a pedometer (step counter) to help participants quantify their physical activity on a daily basis. Each participant should wear their pedometer from the time they awake in the morning until they go to bed at night. The goal is to increase the number of steps they accumulate each day.
Weight Watchers offers faculty and staff meetings that provide the coaching and tools you need to make positive changes - to lose weight and keep it off. The weekly, confidential weigh-in tracks your progress. Your group leader and fellow participants offer tips and practical advice which keep you moving toward your goal. If you complete the full 12-weeks UM reimburses the cost of membership - $123. To learn more, click here.

Aetna health plan members will receive these prescriptions FREE-of-charge, and will receive full reimbursement of program fees upon completion of the six week program.
