• University of Miami Behavioral Health (UMBH)

The health professionals at FSAP can help you, your spouse or domestic partner, and dependents cope with family problems, child and elder care issues, work stress, interpersonal difficulties, substance abuse/dependency, aging parents, and more.
The FSAP also offers personalized workplace and lunchtime seminars on a variety of health-related topics ranging from building resilience, stress or energy management, and work/life balance to coping with change, relaxation training and general health and wellness. Mental Health coverage is provided by the University of Miami Behavioral Health. UMBH is a managed behavioral health organization that provides mental health and substance abuse outpatient, inpatient and partial hospitalization care and services for University of Miami faculty, staff and dependents enrolled in an Aetna health care plan.
UMBH can help with:
• Depression
• Anxiety
• Panic
• Stress
• Family-related problems
• Eating disorders
• Childhood behavioral disorders
• Alcohol problems
• Drug problems
• Schizophrenia
• Compulsive Disorders
A network of more than 300 qualified psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers and addiction specialists provide both general and specialized behavioral health care services.
Your Costs:
• $20 copay for outpatient individual treatment and intensive outpatient program; $0 copay for group therapy
• Zero deductible for inpatient treatment; $0 for facility and $0 for partial hospitalization program
• Maximum benefit based on medical necessity
