WageWorks is the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) plan administrator. To learn more about WageWorks, visit www.getwageworks.com/fsa. FSAs allow you to pay certain health and dependent care expenses using pre-tax dollars. Learn more about how a WageWorks FSA can save you money by viewing the Why Enroll Brochure.
Once you open an FSA account, you must use the funds within the plan deadlines. If you do not use the funds, you will lose them.

If you enroll in a health care flexible spending account you can use your WageWorks Visa debit card to pay for eligible health care expenses.
At the beginning of the plan year, you will have access to the full annual amount of your health care FSA. There is no need to wait until the account is paid to use the funds.
You may contribute up to $8,400 in a health care FSA. Visit www.getwageworks.com/fsa to view a list of eligible health care expenses. Eligible health care expenses include medical, dental and vision copays, over-the-counter medications, prescription drugs, deductible expenses and more.
Unlike Health Care FSAs, Dependent Care FSAs only allow you to receive reimbursement up to the actual amount in your account at the time the claim is filed. The WageWorks Visa debit card may not be used for Dependent Care expenses.
You may contribute up to $5,000 in a dependent care FSA. Visit www.getwageworks.com/fsa to view a list of eligible dependent care expenses.
WageWorks makes it as easy as possible to use your FSA. You can pay for eligible expenses in three ways:
1. WageWorks Health Care Card: Use your prepaid (Visa) card at points of purchases such as physician offices and pharmacies (can only be used for the health care FSA).
2. Pay My Provider: You can set up an automatic bill pay system that requires no receipts or claims forms.
Click here to read more about the “Pay My Provider” option.
3. Pay Me Back: Paper-based claims forms that provide rapid turnaround, real-time online visibility, and direct deposit options.
