  • Small Singles are only available in Hecht and Stanford Residential Colleges and only to new freshmen.
  • Standard single rooms are available in Eaton, Mahoney, and Pearson Colleges and only to returning upper-class students.
  • For upper-class students only (60+ academic credits completed)—no freshmen or sophomores; annual (12-month) agreement for all Village residents—billed by semester/term through the Office of Student Account Services.

GRADUATE HOUSING
Housing in on-campus housing is not available for GRADUATE students in addition to married students, single parents with children, law students, and medical students.
