Be sure to participate in the 2016 UM engagement survey between October 31 and November 13 to share your voice on the UM employment experience. Check your email on October 31 for a communication from Gallup with a link to the survey. All survey results will be maintained under strict confidentiality by Gallup, with results provided in summary form. Individual responses will never be shared. The survey will help us measure the employee experience in four areas: engagement, inclusion, well-being, and culture transformation awareness and application. The survey, in tandem with the culture transformation work, will provide the institution with a roadmap for fostering a culture of belonging. By measuring and improving employee engagement through an annual survey, we can work together to create a healthy and profitable work environment, which results in service excellence to our students, patients, the community, and each other.
