The Bergonzi String Quartet, so named for the illustrious violin maker Carlo Bergonzi, has generated enormous excitement around the globe.

They are the faculty string quartet in residence at the Frost School of Music, providing chamber music coaching for the variety of ensembles that string students participate in over the course of their studies.

Members of the Bergonzi String Quartet have a tradition of getting along.  They exemplify the culture of collegiality that is found throughout the Frost School of Music.
