The Henry Mancini Institute Welcomes You,
As the Managing Director of the Henry Mancini Institute (HMI), my role is to ensure that each Mancini Fellow has access to experiences that are in line with the HMI mission. In addition to my duties as the Managing Director of the Mancini Institute I am lecturer in the Department of Studio Music and Jazz where I teach classes in Jazz Composition, Jazz Pedagogy, Experiential Musicianship and serve as the director of the award-winning Frost Studio Jazz Band.
From live performances to television and audio recordings, the logistics of coordinating the Henry Mancini Institute are many. My goal is to make each experience rewarding for all involved.
I am fortunate to interact with our amazing artistic director James Newton Howard, inspiring resident conductor, Scott Flavin, renowned guest artists…and especially all of our Mancini Fellows. Working with the Fellows is truly one of the most rewarding aspects of what I do.
I look forward to sharing in an exciting upcoming season of activities!
