Welcome! Thank you for your interest in supporting our students and important work.
The Frost School of Music is rapidly becoming the great music school of the modern era. Strengthened by incredible generosity from major benefactors and alumni, our award winning faculty and industry-savvy students are poised to reinvigorate the entire music profession.
Your support of our Momentum2 Campaign for the Phillip and Patricia Frost School of Music comes at a vital moment in the School’s history. We are moving at an accelerated pace—from great to exceptional!
Since the start of our new campaign, average incoming freshman SAT scores have risen 250 points. The musical aptitude of students across all disciplines is advancing to thrilling new heights. And, our graduate research programs are maturing—and garnering international esteem.
In addition, over 40% of the faculty are newly hired since my arrival at Frost, alighting from all walks of the music profession, making the Frost School of Music, and Miami by extension, one of the most fertile musical hot spots in the world. The greatest music students in the world are flocking here for experiences only our faculty provide, such as the Experiential Music Curriculum, Henry Mancini Institute, exclusive guest artist residencies, and more.
We invite you to join the most ambitious campaign in our music school’s history by naming a building, classroom or practice room, endowing a faculty chair, supporting your favorite program, establishing a scholarship, or giving to the school’s unrestricted fund to benefit our wonderful students as they pursue a myriad of special opportunities. All contributions help us rise to the top, and are truly felt and appreciated by our students.
With your help at this exciting juncture, we will meet our academic, performance and facilities construction goals even faster.
If you are interested in making a major lead gift to the Frost School, I invite you to call me at 305-284-2241 to discuss your ideas and how your gift will have immediate impact.
