Join the Frost Chamber Singers, Cantilena, and Maelstrom for Reimaginings, a concert of surprising musical settings of classic texts. The program will feature works by Herbert Howells and Johannes Brahms, as well as a new edition of a motet by Phillippe Rogier. These choral classics will be presented alongside works by two young composers: celebrated New York composer Nico Muhly’s “Agnus Dei” from his Bright Mass With Canons and the Frost School of Music’s own Alec Schumacker’s Hope Is.
