Guest Speaker—Myron Bloom, French horn

Myron Bloom, former principal horn of the Cleveland Orchestra under Maestro George Szell, former principal horn of the Orchestre du Paris under Maestro Daniel Barenboim, former principal horn of the Casals Festival under Pablo Casals, formerly professor of horn at the Curtis Institute, Juilliard, and Oberlin, and currently Professor of Horn at Indiana University, will be on our campus the week March 28.

He will be speaking about his career and his life in the Nancy Greene Rehearsal Hall on Tuesday, March 29, at 3:30. This will be open to the public and all music students, faculty and staff are encouraged to attend and hear form one of the great masters of the horn.
