The Frost Wind Ensemble performs Leonard Bernstein’s Profanation from Symphony No. 1; John Mackey’s Harvest (Concerto for Trombone and Wind Ensemble); and the premiere of Steven Bryant’s Concerto for Wind Ensemble, commissioned by the U. S. Air Force Band of Mid-America and a consortium of university music schools, including the Frost School of Music.
