Gusman Concert Hall

Saxophone students of the Frost School of Music perform together in this final concert featuring World Premiere arrangements of classical favorites including Stravinsky’s Firebird Suite, Ralph Vaughan Williams’s English Folk Song Suite, and Holst’s beloved “Jupiter” movement from The Planets. Student conductors and marimba soloist join in for this wide-ranging concert, with additional contemporary pieces by Edwin Franko Goldman, Percy A. Grainger and Milhaud.
