All Frost School of Music ticket sales are final. You may choose to donate your tickets to a student or give them to someone you may know. Please let the Frost staff know ahead of time if there are any name changes on the ticket(s).

I’m not happy with my seating selection. Am I able to change my seating location?
Seating changes can only be made the night of the concert and must be from the same section purchased. Seating availability may vary according to concert. Seating upgrades are available only on the night of the concert. Seating availability may vary according to concert.

I purchased my tickets at full-price, but I found out that now the tickets are discounted. Am I entitled for a partial refund?
All Frost School of Music ticket sales are final. All prices and concert information are subject to change without notice.

Why am I being charged more when I purchase tickets over the phone and/or online?
All patrons ordering through the phone as well as online are subject to a $3 per ticket processing fee. Telephone patrons will be charged an additional $1 per ticket. THIS FEE CANNOT BE WAIVED.

What is the Frost School of Music refund policy if there’s a natural disaster?
In the event that a natural disaster (i.e., hurricanes or severe tropical weather) causes the rescheduling or cancellation of a performance, information will immediately be sent to local media for distribution as well as our website www.music.miami.edu.

Please be aware that there is no way to contact individual ticket holders other than the local media. If the concert is canceled, refunds will be available subject to the following policy. Refunds will not be issued for concerts that have been rescheduled.

To receive a refund due to a natural disaster, you must mail in your original, untorn, unused tickets as well as your entire name, address, and phone number. All refund requests must be received no later than 30 calendar days after the event. There are no exceptions to this policy.
