Clarke Recital Hall in the Weeks Center for Recording and Performance
Join us for a remarkable concert featuring winners of the 2012 Emerging Composers Competition. Students from the Frost School of Music submitted compositions for adjudication by Frost composition faculty, Dennis Kam, Dorothy Hindman, Lansing McLoskey, and Charles Mason. In addition to submitting scores, students were also required to submit a recording of a performance of the work by the musicians that will be featured on the concert, thus the winners were selected based on the quality of their composition as well as the performance of the work.
