One of our most popular concerts of the year, the Frost Symphony Orchestra presents our 2013 student competition winners at center stage. This year, freshman pianist Anita Pari performs the popular Saint-Saëns Piano Concerto No. 2 in G minor, and stellar percussionist Maria Chlebus performs the Koppel Concerto for Marimba and Orchestra. Composition winner Alessandra Salvati also premieres Tektosyne: Three Architectures for Orchestra, a dynamic three-movement work of contrasting forces and tensions.
