    Prize-winning violinist Charles Castleman performs a dramatic unaccompanied solo recital that includes Bach’s “Chaconne” from Partita in D Minor, Piazzolla’s Tango Etudes, Nos. 2 and 3 and Ysaÿe’s Violin Sonata Op. 27, No. 3 (“Ballade”).

  5. Chamber Music Treasures—Richard Todd, Joel Smirnoff, Christopher O’Riley

    Musical sparks fly in a new interpretation of Brahms’s Horn Trio when admired recording artists Richard Todd (horn) and Joel Smirnoff (violin) pair up with NPR’s From the Top host Christopher O’Riley (piano). Also, music by Bach and Messiaen.
