Trudy Kane
Trudy Kane, associate professor of Flute, joined the faculty of the University of Miami Frost School of Music in 2008 after 32 seasons as principal flutist of the Metropolitan Opera. She received both a BM and MM from the Juilliard School of Music. Upon graduation she freelanced and spent two years as a regular extra with the New York Philharmonic.
