Employees can log in to Personal Career Development from any location that has internet access. A Cane ID and password (the same credentials used to log in to myUM), will be needed to log in.

Once the employee has completed and submitted the plan in the Halogen system, a meeting will need to be scheduled with their supervisor to review any comments, suggestions, opportunities and available training options.
