Navigating the New and Improved Proposal Contract Routing Forms (PCRF) and Application Process Overview
The Office of Research Administration (ORA) has revised and renamed the "Proposal Transmittal Form" to the "Proposal Contract Routing Form (PCRF-L)." ORA has also created a new, shorter form (PCRF-S) to be used for non-financial contract amendments, as well as amendments which decrease funding. It is imperative that the UM community become aware of these new forms, when they are to be used, as well as how to complete them consistently and accurately.
