Post Award is transitioning from a role-based model, where employees are organized by the tasks they perform, to an award portfolio management model, where employees perform a variety of tasks catered to the portfolio of awards they manage. This transition will roll-out gradually over the next several months. Once fully implemented, we strive for a single point of contact from when an award is established to when it is closed.
