Updated Troubleshooting Guide For Lab Managers

NEW UPRINT DRIVERS FOR CANON DEVICES
Please read carefully and download the proper CANON drivers based on your school/area as listed below. Installation instructions are also included in each driver package. You will need a driver package for 32-Bit devices, one for 64-Bit devices, and one for MAC devices.

ORDERING TONER FOR CANON DEVICES

To order toner for your Canon MFD, please call the Canon Help Desk toll-free at 1-855-477-4783, or email them at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). Please have the serial number of your device ready. Toner orders will take approximately 3 business days for delivery. Some additional tips to keep in mind:

•  Ordered toner will be delivered to the location of the device, however, you can request that it be sent to your attention also.
•  Keep track of your toner supplies to avoid running out at critical times.
•  You can order up to 5 of each toner color per serial # at one time.
•  Toner is perishable, so try to avoid over-ordering of toner.

It is the responsibility of each area’s lab manager to follow up on orders for toner. Orders should be placed ahead of time to avoid printing problems. Toner can be ordered directly from Ricoh at no cost.
