After Hours Support:
Description
After Hours Support refers to the availability of RICOH to provide service to the University of Miami outside the normal business hours of operation. The normal business hours of operation mean 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, on University business days excluding public holidays. After Hours Support extends the hours of operation from 8 am to 12 am (midnight), Monday through Sunday, on University business days excluding public holidays.
