The Dining Services Department manages the following:
Coral Gables Campus
  * All the food service operations including Retail and Residential Dining operations. (note: The Rathskellar is operated by Student Affairs)
  * Meal Plan Administration
Medical Campus
  * Retail Operations at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, University of Miami Hospital and Clinics/Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center and the retail operation (Pashas) located in the Medical Campus Wellness Center (Clinical Research Building, 9th Floor/Parking garage)
RSMAS Campus
  * Retail Operations at The Commons operated by Parties By Pat
