The University of Miami’s Dining Services Department is pleased to offer exceptional dining service programs throughout our campuses which provide quality, variety, convenience and flexibility. Dining options include traditional, all-you-care-to-eat residential dining facilities, the Hurricane Food Court, conveniently located food carts, vending facilities and more.

Dining Services manages the following operations:
Coral Gables Campus
  * All food service operations including Retail and Residential Dining; with the exception of the Rathskellar, which is operated by Student Affairs
  * Meal Plan Administration
Gables One Tower
  * “GOT Spot” featuring Rose’s Cafe
Medical Campus
  * Retail Operations at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, University of Miami Hospital and Clinics/Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center and the retail operation (Pashas) located in the Medical Campus Wellness Center (Clinical Research Building, 9th Floor/Parking garage)
RSMAS Campus
  * Salt Waterfront Restaurant
