PC Users:
- Windows XP or Windows Vista (32-bit, with Service Pack 2 or higher)
- Intel Pentium III or higher
- 1 GB Ram or higher
- 50 GB of disk space or higher
- Microsoft Office 2003 and higher or Open office (www.openoffice.org)
- Firefox 3.0 or higher (www.mozilla.com) (Preferred Browser)
- Internet Explorer 7 (www.microsoft.com)
- Flash Player 10 or higher (www.adobe.com)
- Adobe Acrobat Reader (www.adobe.com)
- Windows Media Player version 10 or higher (www.microsoft.com)
- Apple QuickTime version 7.0 or higher (www.apple.com)
- Adobe Shockwave Player version 11.0 or higher (www.adobe.com)
- Java 2 Runtime Environment (www.java.com)
- Enable Active X controls and Javascript
- Disable all pop-up blockers (Google, Firefox, Internet Explorer etc.)
- High-Speed broadband or Cable connection

Mac Users:

- Intel Core Solo or higher processor with Mac OS X 10 (Panther) or higher
