Dear Colleagues,

We have discussed several dimensions of wellness since the launch of this communication earlier this year, and I hope you have been able to advance at least one area of your overall well-being.

This month we are looking at occupational wellness. Occupational wellness can be seen as the satisfaction you feel with your personal life through your career. At UM we offer several programs that can help you advance this dimension of your well-being such as on-site child care, professional development opportunities, access to financial education, and wellness resources.

Advance your occupational wellness today by viewing the attached video with tips from Samantha Dietz, assistant scientist in the School of Education and Human Development’s Wellness in Your Hands Project.

For upcoming wellness events and additional resources that can help you continue to improve your overall well-being, visit the Well ’Canes website.

Thank you, and have a healthy day.
