As we approach application deadlines, we will receive a very large volume of mail. Please allow us several weeks from the application deadline to process your documents and post them for you to see on myUM.

To find out which admission documents have been received and processed for your admission file, follow these steps:

  1. Go to MyUM, the Student Records System for the University of Miami.

  2. Log-in to MyUM

    About logging in:

    * Since you applied with our online application, you already have a MyUM account. Click here and use the same user name and password that you used for your online application. (View sample screen)

  3. Once you’ve logged in, your Home page will show an ‘Admission’ box. (View sample screen)

  4. In the ‘Admission’ box, click on the link, ‘Application Documents Received’. (View sample screen)

  5. View a list of the documents which have been received and processed by our office. (View sample screen)

During this busy application time, myUM is your best resource since we are continually updating students’ applications and documents.
