UM MBA Appointed to Bahamas Cabinet PostVincent Vanderpool-Wallace, M.B.A. '80, has been appointed Minister of Tourism and Aviation for the Bahamas. Vanderpool-Wallace, a graduate of the University of Miami Executive MBA program in the Bahamas, was sworn in to the cabinet position in a ceremony on July 7. He was praised in remarks by Bahamas Prime Minister Hubert Ingraham, who said the UM alumnus is "well prepared for the challenges ahead" and "recognized throughout the industry." |
